Hadleigh's cheer camp performance

Each year the high school cheerleaders put on a fundraiser for their squad.  It's a cheer camp for kids in grades K-8.  This year the camp was after school on Friday.  They stayed until 8pm.  They fed the kids and worked on their cheers, stunts, and dance routine for their big performance.  Each camper got a t-shirt and a bag.  Hadleigh really enjoyed it.  

They performed during the high school basketball game on February 13th.  The kids were all so excited and so cute!  I think I heard that there were 59 kids that participated.

They also helped cheer the boys on as they ran out of the locker room onto the floor.  (Hadleigh is in the french braids)

Their last part of the night was to help the cheerleaders cheer when our roster was announced

After their performance, we went into the cafeteria to pick them up.  This is Hadleigh with 2 of her 

classmates and her cousin Paige.  Paige is in 1st grade.

This is so fun! I remember when i was young that I went to our school's cheerleading camp! It was a lot of fun. Granted, I liked it back then, but it was farthest from what i actually did when i was in high school (softball, basketball, volleyball). Haha...
