On Saturday August 1st, we had our annual baseball/softball awards ceremony. The kids look forward to it every year because they get a trophy. The trophies are always really nice and each one has their name on it. I think it's really nice that our Little League Board puts out the money to have such great trophies for our kids.
The ceremony was held outdoors for the first time. It was held in the morning before the annual slow pitch softball tournament. I think it worked out really well this way. The only thing we'll need to improve on is lining the kids up so our photo ops are better. :)
They started with the t-ball teams. Sawyer's number is 2.
